摘　　要：目的探讨三七总皂苷(PNS)对快速老化小鼠SAMP8空间学习记忆功能的改善作用。方法采用Morris水迷宫方法以寻求次数、逃避潜伏期、原平台象限比、跨平台次数等为指标观察其行为学改变。结果PNS高、低剂量组在Morris水迷宫测试中,逃避潜伏期明显低于空白组;寻求次数、原平台象限比、跨平台次数明显增加,与空白组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论PNS对SAMP8学习记忆功能有明显改善作用。Objective To investigate the relieving effect of panax notoginesenoside （PNS） on the disorder of the abilities of space search, learning and memory in SAMP8 with Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods The test of Morris water maze （MWM） was used to examine the changes of the abilities of space search. Results All indexes of Morris water maze demonstrated that learning and memory in different groups with PNS and huperzine A were remarkably improved compared with that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion PNS has a significant relieving effect on the lesion of the abilities of space search, learning and memory in SAMPS.
