摘 要:目的建立泸州山银花及其提取物的指纹图谱检测标准。方法以绿原酸为参照物,采用Lichrosorb C18(10μm,250mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(38∶62)为流动相,流速为0.8 ml.min-1,检测波长为326 nm。结果药材、提取物分别有6个和9个共有峰,共有峰的技术参数和相似度符合国家药品监督管理局颁布的《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求(暂行)》和国家药典委员会颁布的《中药注射剂指纹图谱实验研究技术指南(试行)》的有关规定。结论该方法准确,重复性好,建立的指纹图谱检测标准,可作为山银花及其提取物质量评价与品种鉴别的重要依据。Objective To establish the fingerprint detecting standard of Flos Lonicerae and its extract. Methods Chlorogenic acid was used as the reference substance. The separation was carried out on a Lichrosorb C18 column( 10 μm,250 mm × 4.6 mm) with methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid solution(38: 62) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0. 8 ml · min^- 1, the detection wavelength was set at 326 nm. Results The medicinal materials and extract respectively had 6 and 9 common peaks, the parameter of which met with the stipulation of Chinese Medicine Injection Fingerprint Technical Requirements and Chinese Medicine Injection Fingerprint Experimental Technical Guides. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for quality evaluation and variety discrimination of Flos Lonicerae and its extract.
