摘  要:目的从复方二精灵中分离多糖并研究其结构。方法以黄精和枸杞子为材料,经热水提取、乙醇沉淀得二精灵多糖,通过二乙氨基乙基纤维素柱、凝胶渗透柱层析分离纯化,并采用高效液相色谱、红外吸收光谱、气相色谱进行结构分析。结果得两个多糖组分2 JLⅠ-和2 JLⅡ,2 JLⅠ主要是由阿拉伯糖、木糖、半乳糖、甘露糖和葡萄糖组成,相对分子量为811000;2 JLⅡ由半乳糖、葡萄糖和甘露糖组成,相对分子量为2000。结论首次从复方二精灵中提取分离出两种纯多糖,该实验方法为以后二精灵多糖的研究提供了基础。Objective The polysacchafides were separated from compound Erjingling and its structures were studied. Methods The Compound Erjingling polysaccharides was extracted from Rhizome of Polygonatum Kingiarnum and Fructus Lycii, by hot water extraction, ethanol precipitation isolated, purified through DEAE - cellulose, gel permeation column chromatography and the structures were analyzed by HPLC, IR and GC. Results Two polysaccharide components 2JL Ⅰ and 2JL Ⅱ were obtained,2JL Ⅰ was mainly composed of arabinose, xylose, galactose, mannose and glucose, and its relative molecular weight was 811000. 2JL Ⅱ was composed of galactose, glucose and mannose, and its relative molecular weight was 2000. Conclusion It was the first time to extract and isolate two kinds of pure polysaccharide from compound Erjingling, and the experimental methods provid foundation for the research of Compound Erjingling polysaccharide afterward.
