摘　　要：目的研究丹皮酚-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。方法采用正交实验设计方法,以包合物的收得率、丹皮酚的包合率为指标优选β-CD包合工艺。结果最佳工艺条件为:1份丹皮酚,7份β-环糊精,用24份50%乙醇溶液作包合液,超声处理30 min。结论该工艺可用于丹皮酚的包合。Objective To prepare the inclusion complex of paeonol-β-cyclrodextrin. Methods Using paeonol quantity, paeonol clathration ratio as indexes, we selected the optimum clathration condition by orthogonal test. Results The optimum clathration condition was 24 times of 50% alcohol as a solvent,7 times of β-CD, super sound disposal 30 min. Conclusion The established process can be used for preparation of the inclusion complex of paeonol-β-cyclodextrin.
