摘　　要：目的探讨虫草洋参胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法78例慢性肾衰竭患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例用虫草洋参胶囊及常规治疗,对照组38例仅用于常规治疗,疗程2个月。结果以BUN为参数,治疗组总有效率为67.5%,对照组总有效率为36.9%;以Cr为参数,治疗组总有效率为62.5%,对照组总有效率为31.6%。结论虫草洋参胶囊能延缓慢性肾衰竭进展。Objective To evaluate the effects of Chongcaoyangshen Capsule on chronic renal failure（CRF）. Methods 78 cases of CRF were divided into two groups randomly. 40 cases were treated with Chongcaoyangshen Capsule and the usual treatment, while 38 cases were only treated with the usual treatment as the control group,2 months coustituing a single therapeutic course. Results In respect to BUN , the total efficiency of the Chongcaoyangshen Capsule group was 67.5 % , while the control group was 36.9% . In respect to Cr, the total efficiency of the Chongcaoyangshen Capsule group was 62.5% , while the control group was 31.6% . Conclusion Chongcaoyangshen Capsule provides protection against the progression of CRF.
