摘 要:目的建立金银花提取物中绿原酸含量的HPLC测定方法。方法国产C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,7μm);流动相为乙腈:0.4%磷酸(12:88);检测波长为327nm;流速1ml·min^-1;选样量10μl;柱温25%。结果绿原酸在0.0716~0.6444μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996;平均回收率99.99%,RSD=1.61%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于金银花提取物的含量测定及质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in the extract of Flos Lonicerae. Methods The chrmnatographic conditions were as follows: C18 chromatographic column (4.6 mm× 250 mm,7 μm), a mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.4% H3PO4 (12:88) ,the detection wavelength at 327 nm and the flow rate being 1 ml · min^-1. Resuits A linearity of Chlorogenie acid in the extract was obtained in the range of 0. 071 6 -0. 644 4 μg r = 0.999 6 (n = 6). The average recovery was 99.99% and RSD = 1.61% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion This method is easy, sensitive and accurate for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in the extract of Flos Lonicerae.
