玉屏风散对衰老模型小鼠皮肤郎格罕氏细胞超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的研究玉屏风散延缓小鼠皮肤衰老的作用机理。方法采用D-半乳糖连续6周颈部皮下注射造成亚急性衰老小鼠模型,中药各剂量组注射D-半乳糖同时灌服玉屏风散水煎剂,并以VitE-C组作为对照,电镜观察玉屏风散对衰老模型小鼠表皮郎格罕氏细胞超微结构变化的影响。结果衰老小鼠表皮郎格罕氏细胞会出现线粒体肿胀、空泡样变,内质网、Golgi复合体肿胀等改变,玉屏风散能抑制这些改变。结论玉屏风散可抑制衰老小鼠表皮郎格罕氏细胞超微结构的改变,具有一定的延缓皮肤衰老的作用。Objective To study the anti - aging function of Yupingfeng Powder. Methods The aged model was indceced by D - galactose subcutaneous administration for 6 weeks in mice. Chinese herb group was orally administerted decoction of Yupingfeng Powder and control group was orally administted the misture of VitE - C. The Uhrastnccture was obseored by electrominvscope. Results Lcs of aged mice appeared mitochondria swelling , vacuolar degeneration as well as swelling of endoplasmic resculum and golgi complex. Conclusion Yupingfeng Powder can inhibit the Ultrastructural alteration of Lcs, and delay the aging of skin.
