炎痛舒搽剂抗炎镇痛的实验研究

摘　　要：目的为了观察炎痛舒搽剂的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀实验、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验观察炎痛舒搽剂抗炎作用;通过热板实验、压痛实验观察其镇痛作用。结果各项实验的药物中、高剂量组与模型组相比有明显差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论该药有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。Objective To study the effect of anti - inflammation and analgesia of Yantongshu（YTS）. Methods The animal model of auricular swelling was induced by dimethylbenzene in mice, hind paw swelling was induced by egg white, and twist reaction and celiac capillary hyperpermeability was induced by acetic acid in mice. Body twist reaction to hot - plate tail pressing was ob- served. Results Middle and high doses of YTS had significant inhibition on all the animal models（P 〈0. 01 or P 〈0.05）. Conclusion YTS has effect of anti - inflammation and analgesia.
