摘  要:目的建立复方制剂五虎散中红花有效成分的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用Agilent C18(5μm,250mm×4.60mm)色谱柱;以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水(33:67)为流动相,流速为1ml·min^-1,检测波长为402nm。结果羟基红花黄色素的线性范围分别为0.0565—0.452μg(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.15%,RSD为4.51%。结论该测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于该制剂中红花有效成分的含量测定。Objective To establish the method for determination of effective components in Wuhu powder by RP - HPLC. Methods The contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A was determined by an HPLC system using following conditions : the column was Agilent C18(5 μm, 250 mm ×4.60 mm) , with CH3OH -0.4% H3PO4water solution(33:67) as mokile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ^-1 , the detection wavelength was at 402 nm. Results The linear range of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 0. 056 5 -0. 452 μg( r = 0. 999 4) ; its average recovery were 99.15% , corresponding RSD were 4.51%. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, accurate, highly selective and reproducible, thus it can be used as quality control of Compound Wuhu powder.
