摘  要:目的对超声波提取嘉菊总黄酮的工艺条件及参数进行优化。方法采用L9(34)正交设计,以嘉菊总黄酮的含量为考察指标,考察溶剂用量、溶剂浓度、超声时间及提取次数对提取率的影响。结果最佳提取工艺:10倍70%乙醇、超声4次,30 min/次。结论采用超声波提取嘉菊总黄酮工艺简易,可行,对进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total flavones of Jia - Xiang Chrysanthemum by ultrasonic. Methods The extraction tectmology was optimized by orthogonal experiments L9 (3^4) ,while total flavones were adopted as indexes,the effects of dosage of solvent the concentration of extract solvent, ultrasonic time and extrantion times to total flavones were studied. Results The best extraction technology was 10 -fold 70% ethanol,30 rain of ultrasonic and 4 times of extraction. Conclusion - This technology can be used in extracting total flavones of Jia - Xiang Chrysanthemum, and also is practical and worthy of a trial in pharmaceutical production.
