地蜂子醇提取物对小鼠肠系膜微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的观察地蜂子醇提取物对微循环的影响。方法采用活体肠系膜微循环观察法,观察地蜂子提取物对正常小鼠肠系膜微循环细动、静脉口径及毛细血管开放量的影响。结果地蜂子醇提物能明显增加正常小鼠肠系膜微循环血流速度,增大细动脉和静脉口径,增加毛细血管开放数量,10 min开始有效,30 min作用最强,60 min仍然有较好的作用。结论地蜂子具有改善小鼠肠系膜微循环作用,是其具有良好活血、镇痛功效的作用机制之一。Objective Observe the effects of Ethanol Extract of Difengzi on Microcirculation of Mesentery in Mice. Methods Observing the effects of Difengzi to the normal mice＇s mesentery microeirculation, measure the caliber of the vein and observe the opening amount of microvessle. Microcirculation observation in vivo. Results Ethanol Extract of Difengzi can improve the speed of blood flow of Microcireulation in 30 min, and it still has good effect in 60mins. Conclusion Difengzi has the effect of improving the microcirculation of mesentery in mice. It is the one of mechanisms that it have activating - blood and pain - killing effect.
