摘 要:压力和温度是叶梁热压成型最重要的工艺参数。结合叶梁热压成型工艺设计了复合材料热压设备,阐述了叶梁模具结构。成型压力由液压系统提供,其模压工艺参数如压力、流量、位置等通过控制电液比例元件来实现。模具温度控制系统由过程控制器、温度传感器、调功板、晶闸管模块等组成。整个系统很好的完成了叶梁热压成型。The temperature and pressure are the most important parameters when composites is turned into windstick under heating and pressing. In this paper, composites moulding equipment was designed for windstick and mould structure was analyzed. The technological pressure was supplied by hydraulic system. Electro-hydraulic proportional components was realized by controling hydraulic parameters such as press , flow , position , etc. The moulding temperature control system is made of process controller, temperature sensor, power circuitry, solid-state relay. Appliation experiments show that the composites molding system can meet the demand of windstick.
