摘　　要：对研制的全天候钢丝绳防护脂进行性能测定,并进行渗透性试验、极压抗磨试验和现场使用试验。试验证明:全天候钢丝绳防护脂具有80℃不流淌、-40℃不龟裂的特性,兼有良好的极压性能和渗透性能,具备"二次补脂"特性。To determine the properties of the developed all-weather protective grease for wire rope. The penetrability test, extreme pressure anti-wear test and spot use test are done. These tests show that the all-weather protective grease for wire rope has characteristics of non-flowing at 80 ℃ and non-cracking at - 40 ℃, and has good extreme pressure and penetrability, possess ＂second-grease＂ feature.
