子弹角运动仿真装置快圆运动的振动分析

摘  要:为了分析子弹角运动半实物仿真装置中快圆运动系统的固有频率及其对整个装置的影响,利用La-grange方程建立了快圆运动系统的动力学方程,得出该系统的质量矩阵和刚度矩阵,对其进行模态分析;同时利用有限元软件仿真,验证了理论分析结果。理论计算与数值模拟结果表明:所设计的快圆运动系统在规定的转速范围内完全符合设计要求。该分析结果为进行整个半实物仿真系统的振动分析和设计改进提供了理论支撑。In order to analyze the vibration characteristics of the high speed dick system, which was an important component of the submuniton angular motion hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulation, the mechanics model was firstly derived. Then the stiffness and mass matrices of the high speed disc system were determined by means of the Lagrange's equations. To confirm the reliability of the presented theory, the results obtained from the equations were compared with simulating software-ANSYS. Finally, it was verified that the numerical results were identical with the simulating results. At the same time, the results demonstrated that the designed high speed disc system met the design requirements in the frequency domain.
