摘　　要：本文对总量控制中点源的削减总量平权分配方法进行了探讨,在与现有方法比较和分析的基础上,提出了点源的模糊削减法,经过实际检验,认为有实际应用价值。This paper presents the studies on a fuzzy emission reduction method put forward by comparing with the method of square proportion emission reduction and other methods, which is actually tested in Baotou City, and the results are available for urban air pollution control .
