丹红注射液治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法将127例冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为丹红组64例,常规组63例。丹红组在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液30ml/d,共2周,常规组仅予常规治疗。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液中丹参和红花作用相加,是治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛明确有效的药物。Objective To observe the curative effect of danhong injection to treat coronary heart disease unstable angina. Methods 127 cases of such patient were randomly divided into Danhong group （ G1, n = 64 ） and routine treatment group （G2, n =63）. Patients in Danhong group were injected subcutaneously with Danhong injection 30ml daily for 2 weeks in addition to standard therapy. Patients in routine treatment group were treated with standard therapy alone. Results There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The Danhong injection might be effective for combination of danshen and honghua to treat coronary heart disease unstable angina.
