摘　　要：高职生的心理健康水平总体上低于全国常模,应该引起我们重视。高职生的心理问题主要是人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁等。这些心理问题的成因与社会对高职教育的认同、就业压力、轻视"动手"观念、中考失利或高考失利、家庭教育不良等因素有关,在进行心理健康教育时,我们应该着重于学生人格的培养、价值观的培养、自主能力的培养等。The level of mental health with vocational students is generally lower than that of the natiaonl average, a fact that should arouse our attention. Mental problems with the vocational students are Caused mainly by interpersonal over-sensitivity, anxiety, depression, etc. Reasons for the problems are associated with ill identification of higher vocational education, pressure from job, insufficient practical skills, and failure in entrancence examinations. As a result, in solving their mental problems, we need to put stress on developing students＇ personality, their social values as well as the independence.
