贵州苗族吊脚楼民居对中国现代新农村民宅建设的启示

摘　　要：贵州苗族吊脚楼民居是我国少数民族建筑的优秀代表,其外部形态、内部结构、建筑材料、空间布局都独具一格,极富民族地域特色。我国是一个山多地少的国家,有限的土地资源正随着国民经济的发展不断在减少;在农村,富裕起来的农民兴起的大规模住宅建设,更是加剧了这种紧张形式。在这一过程中,把保护耕地和建造具有地域特色的民族民居有效的结合起来,把节约资源与开发新的建筑材料结合起来,传承和发扬我国优秀的民族建筑文化,贵州苗族吊脚楼民居具有重要的借鉴价值。Local-style Dwelling Houses of Miao nationality in Guizhou are the typical representative. The outside styles, inside structure, building materials and space layout are unique. Our country has more mountainous region and less plow land. The limited plow land is decreasing with the economic development. In the country, the rich farmers start a large scale house building. This make the plowland reduced rapidity. Therefore The plowland protection is should combined with the traditional dwelling house building, and the natural resources save is combined with the new building materials development. Local-style Dwelling Houses of Miao nationality have the instructional significance on establishing the traditional village culture sights and dwelling styles. And that also accelerates traditional culture inheriting, constructing harmonious society and new country dwelling houses.
