摘　　要：目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床应用前景。方法报告2008年5～8月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院普外科完成12例经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术方法及临床效果。结果12例手术均获成功,无并发症发生,术后恢复好,病人满意。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术操作难度较大,但具有无瘢痕等优点,有技术条件的医院可以在慎重选择病例的基础上开展。Objective To evaluate the clinical feasibility of the transumbilical single port access （SPA） laparoscopic eholeeystectomy. Methods The methods and clinical effects of 12 cases of transumbilieal single port access laparoseopic cholecysteetomy performed between May and August 2008 at Beijing Friendship Hospital Affiliated to Capital University of Medical Science were reported. Results The operations of 12 cases were completed successfully without conversion to routine laparoscopic or open surgery. No post-operation complications occurred. Conclusion The transumbilieal laparoseopic eholecysteetomy by single port access is a difficult procedure, but the technique results in superior eosmesis. The feasibility of the clinical research is determined by the ability of the center, and patients should be selected carefully.
