摘　　要：地址映象技术是设计单片机仿真器的关键技术．通过在单片机仿真器中逻辑地址与物理地址设计方法的比较，论述了ＴＦ－９８单片机开发系统中所实现的地址映象技术．Address mapping is the key technique of the single chip microcomputer in circuit emulator. In this paper the single chip microcomputer address mapping technique on TF 98 development system is discussed through the comparison of the design of logic address with that of physical address in the single chip microcomputer in circuit emulator.
