针药合用治疗轻度认知障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针药合用治疗轻度认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例静脉滴注血栓通、乙酰谷酰胺,并针刺内关、三阴交、百会、印堂、足三里、上星,头维。对照组30例静脉滴注血栓通、乙酰谷酰胺。结果:总有效率治疗组90%、对照组43.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗后HDS及MMSE积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针药合用可改善脑供血,干预轻度认知障碍,疗效比单用西药好。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on mild cognitive impairment treated by combination of acupuncture and medicine. Method： 30 cases were treated with Thrombus Clear and Aeeglutamide by intravenous drip and aeupunetured on Neignan, Sanyinjiao, Baihui, Yintang, Zusanli, Shangxing and Touwei as the study group while 30 eases were just treated with Thrombus Clear and Aceglutamide by intravenous drip as the control group. Result ： The total effective rate of the study group was 90% while that of the control group was 43.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, there was significant difference in the integrals of HDS and MMSE between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combination of acupuncture and medicine could improve cerebral blood supply and could intervene with mild cognitive impairment. The therapeutic effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine is better than that of using western medicine only.
