针刺结合拔罐治疗肩周炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合拔罐治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:治疗组30例取肩髃、肩前、肩贞、阿是穴、对侧阳陵泉针刺,取针后在肩背不适区域拔罐;对照组30例用取肩髃、肩前、肩贞、阿是穴、对侧阳陵泉针刺,但取针后不拔罐。结果:治疗组愈显率56.7%,对照组愈显率33.3%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组综合积分值比较也有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合拔罐治疗肩周炎较单用针刺疗效显著。Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture with cupping on frozen shoulder. Method：Treatment group（acupuncture） were chosen jianyu,jiauqian ,jianzhen, ashi, and yanglingquan points on the offside. Cupping on uncomfortable areas of shoulder and back. The same points of control group were treated with acupuncture. Rusult ：Total cure and excellent rate is 56.7% of the treatment group,33.3% of the control group. There is significant differentiation between 2 groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The effect of acupuncture with cupping on frozen shoulder is more effective than that of acupuncture.
