浙江省景宁县“外来媳”人群艾滋病病毒感染状况及艾滋病相关知识调查

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省景宁县"外来媳"人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况及艾滋病知识知晓情况。方法对1990年以后由外省嫁到景宁县的"外来媳"(包括法定婚姻、事实婚姻)采血检测抗-HIV并进行问卷调查。结果检测930名"外来媳",抗-HIV阳性2例,感染率为0.22%,参加问卷调查的880名"外来媳"大部分来自艾滋病流行相对严重的云南和贵州省,小学及以下文化程度占78.86%,艾滋病知识总知晓率仅为54.56%。结论景宁县"外来媳"人群存在着一定的HIV感染流行,是景宁县艾滋病防治的重点人群之一。Objective The study was conducted to investigate the status of HIV infections and the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge among the immigrant wives from other provinces in Jingning County, Zhejaing Province. Methods Immigrant wives who married to local men since 1990 （including legal and de facto marriage） received questionnaire survey and anti-HIV antibody detection. Results A total of 930 immigrant wives were tested, and only 2 of them were anti-HIV positive, the infection rate was 0.22%. a questionnaire survey was conducted among 880 immigrant women, and most of them were from Yunnan and Guizhou Province where AIDS epidemic was serious. 78.86% of them had the educational level of primary school or below, the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was only 54.56%. Conclusion The finding of this report suggested that HIV infections were existed among immigrant women in Jingning at some degree. Therefore, attention should be paid to this group for the prevention and control of AIDS.
