摘　　要：针对目前馆藏资源未能充分开发利用这一现实，指出了提高文献利用率的根本途径在于优化馆藏结构，加强科学管理，搞好基础服务，并就如何做到上述三点进行了详细论述．Owing to the fact that the resources of our libraries have not been made full use of, this article puts forward some suggestions that we should optimize the collection construction of our libraries, promote scientific management and reinforce essential services. There suggestions are discussed in detail.
