摘　　要：思想政治教育是研究生教育中的重要环节,随着研究生招生规模扩大,研究生教育呈现出新特点,传统的研究生思想政治教育已不能适应新形势的发展。在新形势下,本文提出了改进研究生思想政治工作模式:即提高思想认识,改变工作理念,建立健全工作体制,强化师生互动优化教育效果,多管其下,以保证研究生培养质量。Ideological and political education is the important part of the postgraduates＇ education. The traditional methods of postgraduates＇ ideological and political education has been out of date. So, in the new era, we have to find new ways to improve the teaching quality of postgraduates＇ ideological and political education in terms of updating the conception, perfecting the working system, strengthening the interaction between students and teachers to optimize the education effects.
