摘　　要：通过对北京第一机床厂重型厂房与研发中心建筑设计特点及创作思路的介绍,提出现代工业建筑设计所关注和面临的问题,并指出研究现代工业建筑发展趋势的重要性和迫切性。By means of the introduction to the architectural design characteristics and creation ideas of the heavy machinery workshop and R＆D center of Beijing No. 1 Machine Tool Plant, it is proposed that the issues to be concerned and faced with in the design of a modern industrial building. And it is also obtained that the importance and imminence for studying the development trend of modern industrial buildings.
