摘 要:对工程中普遍使用的方管柱与工字形钢梁的端板连接进行了一组静载试验研究。该组试件考虑了方管柱在连接处开孔的实际情况,在相应的连接处开设了圆孔,以模拟实际的连接构造。通过试验,测定了连接点处的连接刚度及其变化规律,并得到了连接处所能传递的极限弯矩及相应的弯矩-转角曲线,为该类节点的设计提供了一定的参考依据。试验结果表明:对于这种典型的端板连接,节点转动刚度随着端板连接形式的改变将产生相应的变化,因此目前钢框架的设计中将这种端板连接普遍看作刚性节点是不恰当的。Experimental study for a set of endplate- connections of rectangular hollow steel columns and I-type beams which are widely used in engineering are put forward. The practical situation that the circular opening is set at one side of the rectangular hollow steel column are considered for the tests. The openings are usually called hand-opening which are for convience of the bolts being installed. Through the experiments, the stiffness of connections and its variation, bearing capacity of moment of the connection and the curves of moment-rotation are all obtained, which can be used as basis of practical design of the connections. The experimental results show that the rotational stiffness of the endplate connections greatly vary for different constructional parameters of the joints, which tell us the important facts that all the endplate connections are considered as rigid connections in practical design is not proper.
