摘 要:为探讨力竭运动后恢复24 h肾脏NO含量变化特点与肾损伤程度关系,将24只SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组(C)、低强度力竭组(LE)和高强度力竭组(HE)。一次性跑台力竭运动后24 h取材,检测肾组织NO含量、NOS活性和血清尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿蛋白含量,透射电镜观察肾细胞凋亡等病理变化。结果表明:HE组的肾组织NO含量和NOS活性明显低于LE组(P〈0.05-0.01);HE组的血清尿素氮、血清肌酐和尿蛋白含量明显异常(P〈0.05-0.01),LE组仅血清尿素氮浓度明显异常(P〈0.05);透射电镜下两运动组的肾小管上皮细胞线粒体损害,且HE组的肾实质细胞凋亡显著增加(P〈0.05)和偶见坏死。结论:强度不同的力竭运动恢复24 h,大鼠肾组织的NO含量变化趋势不同,高强度力竭运动后肾实质细胞损伤、肾功能恢复缓慢与肾组织的NO含量水平降低有关。To study the relation between change character of nitric oxide and lesion in kidney at 24 hours after exhaustive exercise, 24 male SD rats are randomly divided into quite control group (C), low intensity exhaustive exercise group (LE) and high intensity exhaustive exercise group(HE). After 24 hours once exhaustive exercise the concentrations of nitric oxide in kidney, serum urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, urinary protein and nitric oxide synthase activity are determined. Renal cells are observed with electron microscope. The results show that the concentrations of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase activity in rats' kidney of HE group are higher than these in LE group( P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ). The concentrations of serum urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and urinary protein are abnormal obviously in HE group (P 〈 0.05 - 0.01). The concentrations of serum urea nitrogen are only abnormal obviously in HE group ( P 〈 0.05). The mitochondrials of renal tubular epithelial cells are injured in LE and HE groups. But renal cell apoptosis increases significantly (P 〈 0.05) and necrosis can be observed occasionally in HE group. Conclusion: when exercises intensity are difference the changing trend of nitric oxide concentrations in kidney are various. The renal cell injured and renal function lowed have relation to decrease the concentratior.s of nitric oxide at 24 hours after high intensity exhaustive exercise.
