摘　　要：在总结我国青少年男子足球工作现状和借鉴世界足球强国成功经验的基础上,根据我国足球运动发展现阶段的实际情况,本着实事求是、持续发展和培养人才的原则,制定出了我国青少年男子足球运动面向2010年发展规划的指导思想、指导方针、发展目标和具体工作措施,为我国青少年足球运动的可持续发展提高保障。The research is put forward based on summing the present condition of Chinese junior men＇s football and referring successful experience of world top countries in football, in accordance with the current situation of Chinese football following principles of seeking truth from fact, sustainable development strategy and cultivating talents. Guiding ideology, guidelines, goals of development and specific measures of the development planning for Chinese juniors＇ football are made for security of Chinese juniors＇ football＇ s sustainable development.
