摘　　要：建设创新型国家离不开为创新产业服务的知识产权法律人才。我国知识产权法律人才培养发展迅速,但存在较为严重的重理论轻实践的问题,在人才培养知识结构上也存在着较大欠缺。产业环境在不断地对人才提出更高、更新的要求,构建一个以就业为导向,以综合能力为主线,满足社会需求的知识产权法律人才培养实践教学体系是解决问题的关键。Building an innovation--oriented country for the creative industries can not do without the services of intellectual property law professionals. China＇s IPR law personnel training has developed rapidly, hut there is a more serious light of the practice of re--issues, personnel training in the structure of knowledge there are not larger. Environment in the industry to continue to higher personnel, updated the requirements to build a job--oriented, comprehensive capacity to the main line to meet the needs of the community of intellectual property law practice teaching personnel training system is the key to solve the problem.
