摘 要:通过对2005年和2006年东祁连山高寒草地4种不同草地类型(珠芽蓼草地、禾草草地、沼泽草地、嵩草草地)土壤3大类群微生物(真菌、细菌、放线菌)数量的时空动态进行研究。结果表明:(1)不同空间层次草地土壤3大类群微生物数量变化均较大,0-10 cm土层的数量为10-20 cm土层的1.02-3.89倍;(2)不同植被下土壤3大类微生物数量季节变化各有其自身的特点,年际变化也不一致;(3)不同植被下同一时间草地土壤三大类群微生物总数量差异较大,为0.83×10^7-4.71×10^7个/g;(4)三大类微生物中,细菌数量最大,放线菌次之,真菌最小,分别占微生物总数的48.9%-67.69%,32.18%-48.96%和0.08%-0.25%。The number and distributions of soil microorganism (fungi, actinomycete and bacteria) spatiotemporal characteristics of 4 different alpine grasslands (Polygonum grassland, Grass grassland, Swamp grassland,Kobresia grassland) in 2005 and 2006 were studied. The results obtained were as follows: (1) The quantities of microbial were different with soil depth,the number was much higher within 0-10 cm than that within 10-20 cm (1.02-3.89 times) ; (2) The distribution of microorganisms were also different from each other in different alpine grasslands with month; (3) Total number of microorganism was much different among same vegetation and it ranges from 0.83×10^7/g soil to 4.71 × 10^7/g soil. (4) Among the microorganisms,the number of bacteria is the highest (50.79%-67.69%),then followed by actinomycete (32.18%- 48.96%) ,fungi is lowest (0.08%-0.25%). Bacteria and actinomycete account for more than 99% of total.
