摘  要:导弹武器是集微电子技术、计算机技术、通信技术、光电技术、精确制导技术、人工智能技术和新材料技术于一体的复杂系统。它的研制难度大、周期长、费用高,在其寿命周期内非任务时间占任务时间的99.97%,这就要求导弹武器系统在平时的贮存、运输等非任务时间内必须具备高可靠性,才能保证其作战效能的发挥。据统计,在导弹武器系统的研制阶段为改善其可靠性和维修性所花的每一美元,将在以后的使用和后勤保障中节省30美元,也就是30:1的经济效益。因此,导弹武器系统可靠性的高低不仅影响到作战效能,而且对降低导弹武器系统的使用保障费用,具有十分重要的意义。A missile system is a complex system that involves microelectronics, computer, communication, optoelectronic, precision guidance, artificial intelligence and new material technology. Due to the long cycle and high cost of its development and 99.97% percent of nonoperational period in its lifetime, the missile system must have a high level of reliability during its nonoperational time such as in storage and transportation to ensure its operational effectiveness. According to statistics, one dollar spent to improve the reliability and maintainability in the developing stage will save 30 dollars in the future operation and support of the missile. So the reliability level of a missile system not only has great effects on its operatioral effectiveness, but also plays an important role in the reduction of its operational and supprting cost.
