摘　　要：结合质量保证的定义,介绍了质量保证技术的概念,并分析了其属性和特点;研究了质量保证技术的供给现状和问题,从机制创新的角度,创造性地提出了一个基于平台的方式来构建质量保证技术供给体系的框架,为我国的共性技术供给制度建设探寻一种新的途径和方法。The concept of quality assurance technology was quality assurance, and its characteristic and attributes were institutional innovation, a platform based framework for proposed based on the definition of analyzed. From the view point of the supply of quality assurance technology was proposed and a new approach for the national commen technology supplying system construction was offer.
