摘 要:用Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9纳米晶粉体,加入一定量的塑化剂,通过模压成型方法制备磁粉芯。实验结果表明,在一定粒度范围内,磁导率μ随粉体粒度增大而增大,品质因数Q,随着粒度的增大而减小,且在一定频率范围内,μ呈现良好的频率稳定性;塑化剂质量百分含量a越大,μ越小。当a=6.5%时,μ达到最大值31.8。0~300kHz范围内,a与Q成反比;300~1000kHz范围内,a与Q成正比例关系;磁导率μ随着成型压力的增加而提高,相反,压力越大,Q值越小;磁导率随着磁粉芯测试温度的提高逐渐减小,0≤f≤700kHz范围内.温度升高,Q降低,700kHz≤f≤1000kHz范围内时,温度升高,Q值升高;随退火温度的增加,μ和Q均呈现先增大后减小的趋势。The dust core of nanocrystalline Fe73.5 Cu1Nb3Si13.5 B9 with plasticizer was prepared by compression molding. The results showed that the permeability μ increased with the increasing of particle size. The μ of dust core had the optimal stability of frequency. Quality factor Q decreased with the increasing of particle size; The higher of the content of plasticizer a was, the lower of the was. The μ maximum of permeability is 31.8 when α reach 6.5%. α and Q are inverse proportion in the frequency of 0-300kHz and α was in the direct ratio to Q in the frequency of 300-1000kHz. The permeability is increasing as the increased of molding pressure. Contrarily, the higher of pressure was, the lower of Q was. The permeability decreases continuously by improving temperature of dust core. The quality factor decreases with the increasing of temperature in the frequency of 0-700kHz and the result is reverse in the frequency of 700-1000kHz. The permeability and quality factor reflect increased at first to the maximum and then decreased gradually.
