摘 要:在V=15m/s淬速下制备Sm(Co_(0.58)Fe_(0.20) Cu_(0.08)Zr_(0.04))_z(z=10、12)合金的快淬薄带,对薄带的相结构和微现形貌进行了研究。薄带自由表面SEM分析表明,微观组织由取向生长的胞柱晶束呈编织状构成,当z=10时,一个胞柱晶尺寸大约为(1~1.5)μm×(15~25)μm,而一个胞柱晶束的尺寸大约为(18~13)μm×(15~25)μm,当z值由10增大至12时,胞柱晶束变窄、变短.薄带自由表面XRD和EDAX分析显示,z=10的合金快淬薄带的微观组织以1:7H结构为主,伴有少量的2:17H结构,而z=12的合金快淬薄带相结构是2:17H.取向生长的胞柱晶的c轴[001]在薄带平面内取向,每一束胞柱晶内各柱晶的c轴是互相平行的,而不同胞柱晶束的c轴取向不同。Sin(Co0. 68 Fe0. 20Cu0.08 Zr0.04 )z (z= 10, 12) melt-spun ribbons were prepared at wheel surface speed of V = 15m/s. Their microstructures have been researched. The SEM results on the free surface of the ribbons show that many binds of oriented celluler columns are woven. When z= 10, the average size of a celluler column in a bind is (1-1.5)μm× (15-25)μm and that of a bind is (18-13)μm× (15-25)μm. As z is increased from 10 to 12, the bind becomes thinner and shorter. The XRD 和 EDAX results show that the structure of the main phase for the ribbon with z=10 is 1 : 7H (TbCu7) type matrix phase with a minor 2.17H, and the structuure of phase for the ribbon with z=12 is 2 : 17H (Th2Ni17) type. And their c-axes [001] are in the ribbon plane. The c-axes of celluler columns are parallel to each other in a bind, but they are different in different binds. Thus, each of bind is anisotropic, but the whole ribbon with all binds are isotropic.
