摘  要:目的:观察人参合剂对冻融蟾蜍心脏和血液电生理物理化学的影响。探索:人参舍剂对心血管保护作用及物理化学特性。方法:采用冰箱-22℃冷冻蟾蜍冷休克模型,并将其分为正常对照组、RS任氏液组,人参药物合剂组80~83℃复温,采用计算机生物机能实验系统,记录观察不同温度蟾蜍复活心电图变化。结果:人参合剂组心电图波形PQRST明显比RS任氏液和对照组好。结论:人参合荆复温对冻融蟾蜍心血管具有保护作用。Objective:To observe the effects of garderma mixture on the electrophysicochemieal characters of freezing -- thawing toads heart and blood. Methods.The toads were put into -22℃ referigerators to make cold shock modle and then divided into control group Ren's solution group and garderma mixture group,and then rewarmed at 80-38℃. The computer operating system and BL-420 biological function experiment system were used to collect, record ,show and process the ECG of the rewarwed toads at different temperatures. Resuits. ECG especially PQRST wave in the garderma mixture group was much better than those of the other two group. Conclusion.Garderma mixture has a protective effect on freezing-- thawing toad heart.
