摘 要:目的:探讨桂花中黄酮类物质最佳提取与纯化方法,为桂花开发提供一条新的途径。方法:采用常规提取法对桂花中的黄酮类化合物进行了提取与纯化研究,比较在不同pH值下提取方法的提取率。结果:pH=2及pH=4时,黄酮粗品提取率分别为5.01%,5.61%;苷元提取率分别为0.13%,0.05%。结论:此法操作简单,可对桂花中的黄酮类化合物提取与纯化进行工业化生产,具有较广的应用价值。Objective: To investigate the optimal method for the extraction and purification of flavonoids from Osmanthus fragrans Lout.. A new way is supplied for the development of Osmanthus fragrans Lour. Methods:A conventional method was used to study the extraction and purification of flavonoids from Osmanthus tragrans Lour. and the extraction ratios were compared by using extraction method of different pH values. Results:If pH values were 2 and 4,respectively, the corresponding extraction ratios of crude flavone were 5. 01%, 5. 61%. The extraction ratios of aglycone were 0. 13% and 0. 05%, respectively. Conclusion:This method is easy to operate and at the same time, the industrialized production is carried out in the extraction and purification of flavonoids from Osmanthus fragrans Lour. ,with a wide application value.
