摘　　要：目的:探讨脂联素(APN)在CSX炎性反应中的可能作用。方法:CSX患者22例和对照组18例,通过酶联免疫复合物法分别检测其血清APN水平,并进行比较。结果:与对照组比较,CSX组血清APN水平明显降低[(9.17±1.98)mg/mL vs(11.32±2.15)mg/L,P<0.01。]结论:CSX患者血清APN水平降低,增加血清APN水平可能抑制CSX的炎性反应。Objective：To study the role of adiponectin in the inflammatory reaction of cardiac syndrome X （CSX）. Methods ：Serum levels of adiponectin were measured in 22 patients of CSX and 18 control subjects by ELISA. Result：Serum level of adiponectin significantly decreased in CSX group as compared with control group [ （9.17 ± 1.98） vs （ 11.32± 2.15） mg/L, P 〈 0.01 ]. Conclusion ： The Serum levels of adiponectin significantly decrease in CSX group. The increase in serum level of adiponectin possibly inhibits inflammatory reaction of patients with cardiac syndrome X.
