摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的高浓盘磨机磨片。新型的高浓盘磨机磨片在磨齿的结构设计上形成不连续的蒸汽口袋,这些口袋有利于暂时贮存蒸汽,减少蒸汽压力,随着磨盘的转动蒸汽又可以迅速的排出,新型的高浓盘磨机磨片既延长了浆料在磨浆区的停留时间又有利于大量蒸汽的排出,达到了满意的磨浆效果。A new type of refiner plate for high consistency refiner is introduced in this paper. The new refiner plate designed is characterised by a special refiner bars and grooves so as to form discontinuous steam pocket which is beneficial for storing steam temporarily, reducing steam pressure, extending the retention period of pulp in refining zone as well as the discharge of large amount steam.
