摘　　要：采用非接触式IC卡和网络数据库技术,设计出一套用于人员考勤管理的信息系统,并进行了系统测试,测试结果表明:该信息系统有操作方便、安全、可靠性高等优点.在考勤管理信息系统中,非接触IC卡作为身份识别的一种新载体,实现了考勤管理的电子化、网络化.该系统能准确反映出人员的出勤情况,为管理人员提供准确的考勤数据,提高了人员管理效率.Using contactless IC card and the network database technology, an information system used for the check on work attendance is designed, which can be operated conveniently, safely and reliably. In the attendance management information system, the contactless IC card is used as a new carrier for identity recognition, which realizes the electronization and networkization of the attendance management. This system can show precisely the state of the personnel attendance, providing exact attendance data for the management and promoting the personnel management efficiency.
