摘　　要：农业保险在我国源远流长,而且与农村经济发展密切相关。农业保险在我国显示着巨大的发展潜力,同时又面临着一系列困境。我们应当借鉴现有的国内外农业保险的发展实践,正确进行农业保险立法。Agricultural insurance in China dates back to ancient times, but also it is closely related with rural economic development. Agricultural insurance in China shows great potential for development.,at the same time, it faced with a series of difficuhies. We should learn from the existing domestic and international agricultural development of the insurance practice, and correctly make agricultural insurance legislation.
