摘 要:柠檬酸钠是替代无机盐作为活性染料促染剂的选择之一,可减少污染,用乙酸钠与其复配,通过一浴一步法染色工艺,研究复配盐作为活性黄KE-4R促染剂的效果。结果发现,当柠檬酸钠与乙酸钠的质量配比为8:2时,复配盐的促染效果优于单一组分盐,盐质量浓度为60~120g/L时,复配盐的促染效果与相同浓度NaCl相当。分批加盐的促染效果略高于一次加盐。还发现质量配比为8:2的复配盐随着质量浓度的增加,促染效果提高。乙酸钠的添加降低了促染剂成本。The sodium citrate can replace inorganic sahs to be one of alternatives as an accelerant of active dyestuffs, and it can decrease the environment pollution. Using the one-step one-bath process, a complex of the sodium citrate and the sodium acetate was used to be an accelerant in the dyeing of cotton with C. I. Reactive Yellow 84. It was found that the complex was superior to the single salt on the accelerating effects, and the accelerating effects of the complex were similar with those of the sodium chloride in the same salt concentrations of 60-120g/L when the ratio of the complex was 8:2. Moreover, the accelerating effects resulted from the salts addition in batches were better than those resulted form the salts addition in one time. It was also found that the accelerating effects were improved as the increased concentration of the complex when the ratio of the complex was 8:2. The costs in dyeing were decreased when the sodium acetate was added to the complex.
