壳聚糖对真丝织物染色性能的影响

摘  要:将壳聚糖作为助剂用于真丝织物染色中,探讨了壳聚糖整理方法、壳聚糖质量分数、脱乙酰度及分子量对染色性能的影响。试验结果表明,真丝织物经壳聚糖预处理后用活性、酸性、直接染料染色,染色深度明显提高,壳聚糖的质量分数、脱乙酰度对染色深度影响较明显,而壳聚糖的分子量影响不大。经壳聚糖预处理后用活性染料染色的织物,皂洗前后颜色变化较小。Chitosan was used as an auxiliary agent in dyeing process of silk fabric. The influence of the finishing process, chitosan's concentration, deacetylation degree and molecular weight on dyeing behavior was discussed. The results indicated that the improvement of K/S value was remarkable when silk fabric pretreated with chitosan was dyed with reactive dyes, acid dyes and direct dyes. The K/S value varied with chitosan's concentration and deacetylation degree, but changed a little with its molecular weight. The color of the fabric pretreated with chitosan and dyed with reactive dyes varied less after soaping.
