摘　　要：目的探讨正常人输尿管中、下段管壁厚度的超声诊断标准。方法经直肠彩超对180例健康志愿者输尿管中、下段管壁厚度进行测量。结果180例被测者中输尿管中段管壁厚度为1.47mm±0.23mm;下段管壁厚度为1.49mm±0.20mm。结论本研究建立了正常人输尿管中、下段管壁厚度的正常参考值。Objective To establish a diagnostic criterion of middle and lower ureter thickness in normal human. Methods 180 healthy volunteers were recruited and the middle and lower ureter thickness were measured by transrectal ultrasound. Results The average thickness of middle and lower ureter is 1.47±0.23mm and 1.49±0.20mm respectively. Conclusions We established the normal reference value for the middle and lower ureter thickness in normal human.
