摘　　要：[目的]减轻病人家属的焦虑、抑郁心理,与家属建立良好关系。[方法]按护理组别将312名病人家属分为实验组与对照组,实验组病人家属在不同的时机给予人文关怀,在入院后1d及出院前采用SAS和SDS进行心理测评,对结果进行统计分析。[结果]在不同时间对病人家属进行人文关怀后焦虑和抑郁状况都比对照组降低。[结论]提供人文关怀能明显减轻家属的心理压力,从而减轻焦虑、抑郁心理,为病人提供有力的社会支持。Objective： To relieve the anxiety and depression of family members of patients, and to establish a better relationship with them. Methods： A total of 312 family members of patients were divided into test and control group based on different nursing groups. Family members of the test group were given humanistic care at different time points. And psychological assessment was carried out for them by adopting SAS and SDS statistical software one day after their admission and prior to discharge. Then statistical analysis was carried out on the results. Results： After the humanistic care for family members of patients, the anxiety and depression states of test group cases were improved compared with that of control group cases. Conclusion： To provide humanistic care for family members of patients can significantly release their psychological pressure, so as to relieve their anxiety and depression, and to provide strong social support for patients.
