加强保险业核心价值观体系建设探究

摘　　要：保险业核心价值体系是社会主义核心价值体系在保险行业的生动体现,是落实"为人民服务"这一社会主义职业道德的必然要求。保险业核心价值体系主要包括热爱祖国、奉献社会;自主创新、开拓进取;合规经营、公平竞争;诚实守信、客户至上;爱岗敬业、恪尽职守等五个方面的内容。加强保险业核心价值观体系建设具有重大而深远的意义。为加强保险业核心价值观体系建设,应统一保险从业人员的思想认识;大力宣传和深入研究保险业核心价值观体系;动员广大保险从业人员共同参与建设保险业核心价值观体系;强化落实保险业核心价值观体系的保障体系。The system of core value of the insurance industry is a vivid manifestation of the system of core value of socialism in the insurance industry, is an inevitable requirement to implement socialist ethics of ＂serve the people＂. It includes： loving the motherland and contributing to society; independent innovating and forging ahead ; compliance management and fair competition ; honest and trustworthy, the customer first ; loving and respecting their jobs and fulfilling their duties, and the like. The system of core value of the insurance industry is of great and far - reaching significance. We should unify thinking and understanding of insurance practitioners ; make vigorous publicity and in - depth study on the core values of the insurance industry ; mobilize the broad masses of insurance practitioners to participate in the construction of the common core values of the insurance industry ; strengthen the implementation of the core values of the insurance industry＇ s security system to strength- en the insurance industry core values system,
