对我国女性生育保险法律制度的思考

摘　　要：当今的中国随着改革的深入正面临着全球化和WTO所带来的挑战,我国作为发展中国家,应当在全球化带来的经济自由化浪潮中实现社会公平。切实维护妇女的合法权益,保障妇女在生育期间基本生活和医疗保健。通过研究我国现行的法律法规,结合具体国情,弥补我国生育保险制度的薄弱和不足,深化我国的生育保险改革,为我国的《生育保险法》提供立法建议,并完善妇女权益的社会保障体系。China today With the deepening of reform is faced with globalization and the challenges brought about by the WTO, China as a developing country, should be brought about by globalization wave of economic liberalization to achieve social equity. Earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of women, protec- tion of women during childbirth in the basic living and health care. Research by China＇s existing laws and regu- lations in light of the specific national conditions, China＇s maternity insurance system compensate for the weak and inadequate, Deepening of China＇s maternity insurance reform to China＇s ＂reproductive insurance law＂ to provide legislative orooosals, and imorove women＇s rights and interests of the social security system.
