补肾通痹汤治疗慢性尿酸性肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药补肾通痹汤配合西药别嘌呤醇治疗慢性尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性尿酸性肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例用中药补肾通痹汤加西药别嘌呤醇。对照组30例单纯用西药别嘌呤醇治疗,两组8周后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率80%,对照组总有效率53.4%。治疗组与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性尿酸性肾病疗效明显。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on chronic uric acid nephropathy treated by the Bushentongbitang combined with allopurinol. Mothods Divide 60 cases of chronic uric acid nephropathy into ＂cure group＂ and ＂contrast group＂ .Apply allopurinol and traditional Chinese medicine Bushentongbitang to the 30 cases of the cure group; Apply pure allopurinol to the other 30 cases of the contrast group.Observe the therapeutic effect in the two groups after 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the cure group is 80.0% while that of the contrast group is 53.4%.There is significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion The treatment combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine is obviously effective for chronic uric acid nephropathy.
