四黄汤对实验性糖尿病大鼠心血管病变危险因素的影响

摘  要:目的观察四黄汤对实验性糖尿病大鼠心血管病变危险因素的影响。方法复制实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型并给以高脂饮食,分组对照给药8周,观察四黄汤对造模大鼠内皮素、血栓素B2、C肽、血脂、血糖等15项化验检查的影响。结果高剂量四黄汤对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠血浆内皮素水平、血浆血栓素B2水平、尿中的微量白蛋白都有明显降低;对造模大鼠的血糖、胰岛素、C肽无明显的改善作用。结论四黄汤可以降低实验性糖尿病大鼠心血管病变危险因素,预示四黄汤对糖尿病性冠心病等血管病变的治疗、降低糖尿病的死亡率都有很好的应用前景。Objective To observe the effects of Sihuang Soup on cardiovascular disease risk factors of experimental diabetic nephropathy in rats.Me,hods To replicate a model of experimental type 2 diabetes mellitus in rabbit,and give them high fat diet, grouping control, buccal delivery for eight weeks,observe the effects of Si- huang Soup on the rat model of 15 items of analyzes to check such as endothelin, thromboxane B2, C-peptide, lipid, blood sugar and so on.Rosults The effects of high-dose Sihuang Soup on experimental type 2 diabetes rats,are that plasma endothelin level, plasma thromboxane B2 level and albumin in the urine have decreased;on the rat model of blood glucose, insulin and C-peptide have no significant improvement.Concllusion Sihuang Soup ean reduce cardiovascular disease risk factors of experimental diabetic nephropathy in rats,indicates that Sihuang Soup has a very good prospect of application in the treatment of vascular disease of diabetes and coronary heart disease,reducing the mortality of diabetes.
