摘　　要：红磷分公司半水-二水磷酸装置氟吸收系统运行不正常,尾气不能达标排放。介绍该装置含氟气体的洗涤工艺,氟洗涤吸收系统存在的设备、材质、堵塞等问题及改造方案。改造后,氟吸收率提高,尾气中氟含量由10～13 mg/m3下降到7～8 mg/m3,确保达标排放。Because of various problems of fluorine-containing gas absorption system in HDH process phosphoric acid plant, production can not run well, and the tail gas discharge can not reach the national standard. The washing process of fluorine-containing gas, and the existing problems and reformation scheme of fluorine absorption system about equipment, material, and blocking are introduced. Absorption rate of fluorine can be improved with the decrease of fluoride contents in air from 10 - 13 mg/m^3 to 7 - 8 mg/m^3 and the standard-attainment discharge after the reform.
